Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s staff crisis has been a major point of contention among experts, commentator and royal fans alike who believe the Sussexes are “the bosses from hell”.

Celebrity news reporter Rob Shuter has issued this allegation and he dished on it on his own Substack.

According to a source that spoke to the reporter, many believe this is a mass exit that has seen its 11th exit since megxit in 2020 proves “this is no coincidence. It’s a pattern.”

One ex-staffer even highlight three main toxic traits of working for the Sussexes and admitted the first one was, “they’d ask for strategy, then scrap it if it didn’t match Meghan’s instincts or Harry’s mood.”

Its also said behind closed doors “Carefully crafted plans were tossed aside after a bad headline or social media backlash, leaving employees scrambling to defend decisions they never supported,” according to reporter’s write-up.

The second toxic trait was micromanaging its siad. Because “Nothing was ever final. Emails would come back at 2 a.m. changing a single adjective — then changing it back the next day.”

According to Mr Shuter “the constant rewrites, late-night messages, and sudden pivots reportedly left staff exhausted and paralyzed.”

In third place was the fact that “you’re praised until the moment something goes wrong. Then you’re quietly pushed out,” in the words of another former aide who spoke to the reporter.

He also referenced some industry insiders and they admitted, “top-tier talent won’t touch the job anymore. Everyone asks how long the last person lasted.”

All in all, “it’s not bad luck. It’s bad leadership,” a source is said to assume.
