King Charles’ battle against Prince William for Harry reaches fever pitch: ‘He’s trying’

King Charles is currently stuck between a rock and a hard place, and it’s all because of his two sons, Prince William and Prince Harry.

For those unversed, the rift between the brothers shows no signs of lessoning as even insiders have come forward to warn of the turmoil, that is plaguing the cancer-stricken monarch behind palace walls.

The source in question spoke to Heat World and explained, “Make no mistake, William is the hold up,” in all matters related to Prince Harry.

“Charles has been trying to appease him and for ages was telling people to give it time and William would soften. But that has not happened,” they explained.

As it stands, “William has a fiery temper at times so there have been huge arguments over this. If it weren’t for Charles’ worries about incurring William’s wrath he would have sorted this all out with Harry and Meghan already.”

According to the same source, “he finds the whole situation incredibly sad and draining and he doesn’t appreciate that Camilla is siding with William in this and egging him on, so it’s caused arguments between them as well.”

“William believes the Sussexes forfeited goodwill long ago and that extending even a small olive branch to Meghan would be reckless. He says nothing meaningful has changed so he sees no justification for softening the family’s stance.” however, Kate "has been trying to soothe William and make Charles happy at the same time because she respects how important this is to him," the source explained. 

Furthermore, its being said that King Charles' feelings are "a big reason she’s softened her tone recently. So far it’s not having much effect on William and Camilla though; they won’t budge and that’s leading to some serious tensions with Charles.”

“Poor Kate is the buffer in all of this, she’s quietly trying to de-escalate, but it’s like a tinderbox between William and his father whenever this comes up," they said before signing off.
