Ja Rule vows to 'take a second dose' of THIS after becoming grandfather
Ja Rule shares his excitement to become a grandfather to his daughter's child
Jeffrey Bruce Atkins, who goes by the name Ja Rule, cannot wait to become a grandfather.
On Thursday, November 13, the 49-year-old American rapper and singer attended the Dream360 grand opening party in New Jersey, where he spoke to PEOPLE magazine.
While conversing with the outlet, Rule stated that he is over the moon since he learnt about becoming a grandfather.
The Life Ain't a Game crooner admitted that he is "very happy and excited" to welcome his first grandchild to his family.
He quipped, "It's a blessing. I'm very, very happy and excited. My first child was my daughter, a girl, and my first grandchild is also going to be a girl."
Rule, the soon-to-be granddad, said that the tiny new addition to his family will definitely give him another opportunity to become more gentle.
"If I wasn't soft enough, we are going take a second dose of it, but I'm so happy," he articulated. "I can't wait to see her."
"It's weird, you get older, and then you get back into little people mode. You want a little person around again in the house. All my kids are grown, so it's been a long time, so it's going to be a lot of fun for me and the missus,” the Wonderful hitmaker explained.
For those unaware, Ja Rule is the father of three children, Brittney, Jeffrey Jr., and Jordan with his wife, Aisha Atkins.
It is pertinent to mention that his daughter Brittney is pregnant with her first baby with husband Tevin Atiken.
