Joe Manganiello's fiancée reveals why they left Los Angeles

Joe Manganiello has left Los Angeles to settle down in his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with his fiancée, Caitlin O'Connor.

During an interview with People magazine on Thursday, Caitlin confirmed that she and the Magic Mike actor moved back to Pittsburgh, where they both grew up. 

"I mean, L.A. has been both of our homes for over 20 years. I was born in L.A., but raised in Pittsburgh, so we're both from the same hometown," the actress and TV host told the outlet.

She further said, "That's what we really connect on, you know, we share the same upbringing, the same hometown knowledge.

"And that's what really connects us as a couple. So it's beautiful to be back home together," added the Electric Love alum.

Caitlin revealed to the outlet that they live in a west-side suburb, admitting that their new neighbourhood is both "beautiful" and "safe."

“I've never been in a more beautiful neighborhood in Pittsburgh. It's just idyllic,” she said. 

It comes a month after the pair announced their engagement on social media.

"June 24th, 2025," the couple penned alongside a photo of them with their chihuahua, Bubbles.

For those unversed, Joe was previously in a relationship with actress Sofia Vergara, which ended in 2023.
