Nicole Scherzinger jokes about front-row sleeper at her concert

Nicole Scherzinger turned an unexpected concert moment into a viral joke after a man in the front row fell asleep during her performance at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles.

The Sunset Blvd. star posted the moment online Sunday, sharing an Instagram Reel that zoomed in on the attendee who was sleeping head back with his mouth open as she belted a high note onstage. The camera then cut back to Scherzinger performing.

“Wait, is this my sign to drop a lullaby album?” she wrote on the video, adding in the caption, “Lullaby album pending.”

Celebrities and fans also joined in on the fun as Natasha Bedingfield commented she’d “definitely play that every night,” while producer David Foster also chimed in with his approval, writing, “I’m in!”

Laverne Cox noted how the man was “front row fully passed out” despite Scherzinger “singing the hell out of that song.”

The moment comes a month after Scherzinger publicly apologised for a 45-minute delay at her October 6 Royal Albert Hall show in London.

The Pussycat Dolls alum later told The Sun she was “devastated” to learn fans had been waiting, explaining the late start stemmed from a timing mix-up.

She added she hadn’t even been able to soundcheck every song with the orchestra that night.
