Kelsea Ballerini feels broken after Chase Stokes short-lived reunion
Chase Stokes and Kelsea Ballerini going through heartbreak after calling it quits again
Kelsea Ballerini is reportedly mourning the loss of what she thought was the truest relationship she has ever had, with Chase Stokes, after the couple parted ways again.
The 32-year-old singer cherished her and Outer Banks star’s bond because he seemed to be her soulmate, as an insider shared, speaking of her heartbreak.
The i quit drinking hitmaker appeared visibly emotional during her recent performance at the CMA Awards, and the news of her split broke shortly after.
Dishing on Ballerini’s woes, a source said, “Kelsea hadn’t found someone that was as compatible with her until Chase. He opened up to her, and they had a relationship with more intimacy than she has ever had. She felt he was the most committed to her out of all the guys she has ever been with. That’s why they worked so well, and that’s why she believed they would work long-term.”
They added that the Cowboys Cry Too songstress believed that Stokes was “The One,” as per Us Weekly.
Ballerini, who got divorced from Morgan Evans in 2022, was “really in love” with Stokes, who reportedly changed her perception of love when they started dating in 2023.
The now-exes stayed together on-and-off for three years, and called it quits earlier this year for a brief period of time, after which they reconnected.
However, they realised that the relationship had reportedly turned “toxic” and they split for good earlier this week.
