Blake Lively has submitted a shocking video of Justin Baldoni on the It Ends With Us set as evidence in her sexual harassment case against him.
On November 17, TMZ obtained a behind-the-scenes video that was later entered as evidence in Lively’s ongoing legal case against her co-star and director, capturing a moment Baldoni now says was misunderstood.
In the footage, the 41-year-old appears to tell Lively, “I think it’s pretty hot. Sexy,” before asking if someone can grab a toothpick because she “had something in her teeth.”
He then turns to Jenny Slate and quips, “Sorry, I missed the sexual harassment training,” finishing with an exaggerated eye roll into the camera.
According to a filed motion, Baldoni’s attorney argued he was apologising “if his remark was inappropriate,” and claimed Lively responded that it was “all good,” though the audio isn’t clear.
His legal team also insisted the “sexy” comment was harmless, noting she was wearing a fleece onesie and “not scantily clad.”
Lively sued Baldoni in December 2024 for sexual harassment, retaliation and more, and although Baldoni countersued, his case was dismissed in June. He’s now asking a judge to toss Lively’s suit as well, arguing that “no reasonable jury” would award her $161 million in alleged lost profits.
Their trial is set for trial in March 2026.
