‘Stranger Things’ star shocks with drastic look in new film
The final season of 'Stranger Things' will premiere on Netflix on November 26
Stranger Things actor David Harbour stunned fans with his completely transformed look while shooting for his upcoming movie Evil Genius in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
The actor appeared much heavier in a padded suit, leaving everyone amazed with his drastic on-set appearance.
David was seen with grey hair, glasses and a full beard face as he filmed scenes for the movie directed by Friends icon Courteney Cox.
However, he chatted with the crew between takes and read his script while preparing for his scenes.
The film is based on the true story known as the Pizza Bomber case, where a pizza delivery man, Brian Wells, tragically lost his life during a bank robbery in 2003 when a bomb exploded around his neck.
Courteney described the project as dark, emotional and fascinating, saying that it explores the themes of love, manipulation and loneliness.
The movie also stars Patricia Arquette, Michael Chernus, Garret Dillahunt, Ryan Eggold and Harlow Jane alongside Harbour.
David’s shocking transformation for his character came shortly after reports surfaced that his Stranger Things co-star Millie Bobby Brown filed a harassment and bullying complaint against him.
The claims were reportedly investigated by the show’s production team before the filming of the final season.
Outside of work, the Hellboy actor has been in the spotlight after his publicly criticised separation from singer Lily Allen earlier this year.
She recently released her album West End Girl, which fans believe that it’s for her husband and his alleged affair.
For the unversed, the final season of Stranger Things will premiere on Netflix on November 26.
