Josh Brolin updates about his return to Marvel as 'Thanos'
Josh Brolin to star in 'Knives Out 3' along with Daniel Craig, Jeremy Renner
Josh Brolin has opened about the chances of him returning to Marvel as Thanos.
The 57-year-old is widely known for playing the MCU villain Thanos in 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War (2028) and Avengers: Endgame (2019).
When asked if he would be coming back as the Mad Titan again, Josh replied if the Russo brothers would approach him with a good idea, then he would return to MCU.
“If Joe Russo comes to me, which he may have, I don't know, and has an idea, then I might acquiesce. Probably pretty quickly”, he added.
The Weapons actor opened that he will come back to the Marvel only when it felt right.
Brolin explained, “I’m not kidding - there’s a thing with playing Thanos. It’s like, Oh, they’re gonna bring Thanos back. It’s like Sicario; it has to be right."
He stated that the thing with him playing Thanos again is like him and Ryan Reynolds talking about Taylor Swift or talking about Deadpool 4.
“It’s like Ryan Reynolds and I talking about Taylor Swift and we should be talking about Deadpool 4. But we go back and forth”, added The Goonies actor.
At present, Josh is looking forward to the release of his upcoming film Knives Out 3 alongside Daniel Craig, Mila Kunis, Jeremy Renner and others.
Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery is slated to release on Netflix on December 12.
