‘Euphoria’ actress Barbie Ferreira stuns fans with transformation

Barbie Ferreira turned heads in Los Angeles as she debuted a bold new look at the Academy Women’s Luncheon on Nov. 4.

The Euphoria alum, 28, stepped out in a fitted hot-pink ruched dress paired with black heels, keeping the rest of her look simple with bare legs. 

The striking appearance comes shortly after she made her Victoria's Secret Fashion Show debut, where she walked the runway in a scarlet two-piece, an experience she playfully called a “crazy side quest” on Instagram.

While her latest appearance sparked conversation online, Ferreira hasn’t shared details about any workout or diet routines and has not commented on rumours regarding GLP-1 use. 

What she has been open about, however, is her long-standing perspective on self-image and beauty standards. 

Speaking in 2022, she said, “I think bigger bodies are not as 'trendy' as they used to be, which is really sad to me.” She added that conversations around self-love still feel universal, saying it’s something “young people” continue to navigate.

Though she exited Euphoria after season 2, Ferreira has stayed focused on her career path. 

She previously told PEOPLE that she has always had a clear vision for her future.

Growing up outside Hollywood, she said there was “no plan B,” describing herself as determined: “If I want to do something, I will try my hardest to make it happen and continue doing it.”

That mindset also fuels her confidence. She explained that believing in her worth is an ongoing process, sharing, “Every day I learn something new about me and my craft, and as I get older too, things happen.”

Ferreira’s recent red-carpet moment suggests she’s entering a new chapter, one where she looks self-assured, energized and ready for what comes next.
