Selena Gomez has recently shared valuable advice on how to lift one mood especially when you are feeling low.
The Only Murders in the Building actress explains what she does during her bad days while speaking to PEOPLE at the Rare Impact Fund Benefit in Los Angeles last month.
“Some days you just have to let yourself get it out, and then afterwards, a good laugh,” says the 33-year-old.
Selena reveals she doesn’t know the key to boost your happiness but she discusses ways that works for her.
“I like to maybe just see one friend and talk to my therapist, and look for people that help in the situation,” details the Emilia Perez actress.
Elsewhere in the interview, Selena, who attended the event with her husband Benny Blanco, also offers self-care tips to deal with mental health struggle.
Reflecting on Rare Impact Fund Benefit, the Wizards of Waverly Place actress expresses hope that they “continue to raise for what we’re doing all over the world,” as opens up about raising funds for mental health services.
In the end, Selena adds, “It is something I couldn’t be more enthused about because it’s something that we’re actively seeing on the ground that people are working on, so it’s amazing.”
