Princess Kate’s hair sparks reactions once again weeks after wig drama

Princess Kate’s hair seemed to have combed its way to the headlines once again just as the drama surrounding her blonde hair kicked up back in September.

The Princess of Wales went blonde during her summer break in Scotland as fans got to see a few glimpses of the royal as the family headed to a church service at near Balmoral Castle.

However, the fuss started when Kate had joined Prince William for their first royal engagement after the break. They visited the Natural History Museum in which the future Queen’s golden locks were on full display.

Surprisingly, fans were taken aback by the hairstyling as many believed that Kate, who underwent cancer treatment last year, was actually wearing a wig or extensions.

This time around, the Princess sparked reactions for a stunning hairstyle that she is bringing back in trend.

Dressed in a chic Bella Freud suit, the mum of three wore hers locks in a half-up, half-down style, also referred to as a ‘royal twist’, and was styled in loose curls as she made a visit to Royal Air Force in Coningsby on Thursday.

Soon as Kate made the appearance, there was buzz surrounding how to recreate the look at home and hairstylists were happy to oblige.

Meanwhile, Multi-award-winning hairstylist Michael Gray told Hello! about the easy way the low-maintenance hairstyle could be recreated.

Wig experts react to Kate Middleton’s hair

Has Kate Middleton started to use wigs and extensions? Or was just a bad hair day?

Sources previoulsy denied to the Daily Beast that she had either extensions or a wig following the reactions on social media after her outing in September.

“She is not in a wig,” a prosthetic hair specialist called ‘wiggie’ told the outlet.

“She has either got some extensions or she has got a wig called a U-bend, a half wig that sits under the top layer of your own hair. It’s her own hair, but she may have had some help for volume.”

Another specialist suggested that Kate was wearing “expensive and well-fitted” extensions.
