Lady Gaga congratulates Taylor Swift on new album release
Lady Gaga gave a heartwarming nod to Taylor Swift during her recent Mayhem Ball show in London.
The 39-year-old pop superstar donned a Showgirl-themed outfit for her third show in the city, which featured a sparkly sash over her red dress.
The Bad Romance hitmaker surprised her fans, little monsters, as well as Swifties, who ran to social media and shared their excitement over the crossover.
“YAYYYYYY LITTLE MONSTERS AND SWIFTIES,” exclaimed one fan on X, while another said, “OMGGGG.”
“Taylor has always been supportive of her too!,” noted another, while one declared, “two of the greatest women in the history of music, btw.”
Many fans shared their wishes for collaboration between the two, writing, “Now we need the how bad do you want me remix,” and “The Fate Of Ophelia - (Remix) Taylor Swift ft. Lady Gaga.”
A fan cheered, “oh tayga hybrid stans it's time we rise tf up,” and “MOTHER SUPPORTING MOTHER OH EXACTLYYYYYY!!!”
While it remains unclear if Gaga was dressed up for the occasion of Swift’s album release, fans are convinced that her gesture was dedicated to the Anti-Hero hitmaker.
The two pop icons have always been supportive of one another, and shared admiration for each other’s work, and if fans’ manifested hard enough, they might also collaborate in the future.
