Victoria Beckham remembers Giorgio Armani as ‘true legend’ of fashion

Victoria Beckham is mourning the loss of a ‘true legend’ in the fashion industry.

The fashion designer, who has built a top-notch fashion label under her name, shared her honest thoughts about Giorgio Armani after news of his unexpected death.

She wrote on Instagram, "The fashion world has lost a true legend in Giorgio Armani — a visionary designer whose legacy will live on forever. I feel honoured to have called him a friend [heart emoji] (sic)."

Many public figures, including Russell Crowe, Giorgia Meloni and Sergio Mattarella, have paid glowing tributes to the late fashion icon.

In addition, his fashion house expressed sorrow over the death of their founder, writing in a heartbreaking statement, "Today, with deep emotion, we feel the void left by the one who founded and nurtured this family with vision, passion, and dedication.

“But it is precisely in his spirit that we, the employees and the family members who have always worked alongside Mr. Armani, commit to protecting what he built and to carrying his company forward in his memory, with respect, responsibility, and love."

This comes after Armani passed away at the age of 91 on Thursday, September 4, 2025.
