Buckingham Palace makes first statement after Prince Andrew investigation ends
Royal family makes major announcement after major update on Prince Andrew investigation
King Charles III's office issued its first statement on Monday since a major update on the Prince Andrew investigation
Buckingham Palace shared new details about French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte's visit to the UK in a major announcement.
Macron and his wife Brigitte will arrive at Windsor Castle on Tuesday for the first state visit of the reign of King Charles III.
The royal family shared an update on the visit on their official Instagram account, along with pictures of King Charles, Queen Camilla, Emmanuel Macron, and Brigitte.
The Palace announced: "Tomorrow, The King and Queen will welcome The President of the French Republic, @EmmanuelMacron, and Mrs. Macron for a State Visit to the UK.
The statement continued: "Swipe to find out more about the Royal Family’s relationship with France."
Macron will also address UK MPs during a three-day visit expected to improve a Franco-British relationship strained by Brexit.
The Prince and Princess of Wales will take centre stage in the initial stages of the State Visit, first greeting the Mr and Mrs Macron at RAF Northolt on July 8, on behalf of King Charles III.
However, it still remains uncertain if Princess Kate will attend the banquet in Windsor Castle’s St George’s Hall.
The latest statement comes after the FBI has officially dropped its investigation into the Duke of York's links to the late paedophile, Jeffrey Epstein, GB News can confirm.
This means charges will not be brought against the King's younger brother or any other high-profile figure associated with the disgraced billionaire.
