Princess Sophie beats heatwave with breezy cotton at Rochester

Princess Sophie turned heads with her impeccable summer style as she braved a heatwave in a chic white cut-out cotton sundress by Erdem during her visit to Rochester Cathedral. 

She wore Penelope Chilvers espadrilles and carried a vibrant orange Sophie Habsburg handbag, adding a pop of colour to her ensemble.

During the outing, the Duchess took time to meet and personally thank a dedicated group of volunteers from the Paramount Foundation. 

Speaking with the volunteers on the cathedral grounds, she praised their important work and expressed her gratitude for their commitment to the community.

This heartfelt visit came just weeks before the Duchess showcased the best of her summer wardrobe at Royal Ascot, highlighting her ongoing dedication both to fashion and charitable causes. 

The sister-in-law of King Charles attended the first three days of the prestigious five day horse racing event in Berkshire.

Sophie brought back the ‘Keres’ dress by Suzannah London a bright white piece adorned with delicate appliqué daisies that she famously wore at Ascot last year. 

She gave the look a fresh twist by pairing it with daringly high platform heels from Prada and topped off the ensemble with a vibrant floral Jane Taylor hat, perfectly blending tradition with modern flair.
