Princess Anne encountered a humorous moment during her visit to the Royal Highland Show near Edinburgh on Friday when she came across two farmers fast sleep.
The Princess Royal was photographed during this lighthearted scene as she toured the cattle stalls in Highland Hall, reported GB News.
Attending Scotland's largest agricultural event, Anne was there to observe livestock competitions and meet with guests and farmers across the country.
However, two workers missed the Royal encounter entirely, as they were spotted dozing soundly in their chairs as Anne passed by.
Accompanying the Princess were James Logan, Chairman of the Royal Highland & Agricultural Society of Scotland, and its Chief Executive, Alex Paterson.
Princess Anne glanced at the scene with what appeared to be mild disapproval, while the two workers remained completely unaware of the royal presence.
Elsewhere during her tour, the Princess Royal engaged with local primary school children at the Royal Highland Education Trust Discovery Centre, where they were busy with various activities.
Her appearance at the show came just days after attending Royal Ascot, marking yet another engagement in what has been a notably busy schedule for the monarchy's hardest-working royal.
