Pregnant Meghan Markle, Prince Harry dance in maternity ward in new video

Meghan Markle is celebrating her daughter Lilibet’s birthday with a video fans weren’t expecting.

In a lighthearted throwback posted to Instagram on Wednesday, June 4, the Duchess of Sussex shared a never-before-seen clip of herself and Prince Harry dancing in a hospital maternity ward while she was heavily pregnant with Princess Lilibet in 2021.

“Four years ago today, this also happened,” Meghan, 43, wrote in the caption, explaining that both her kids, i.e., six-year-old Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet were “a week past their due date.”

“So when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work – there was only one thing left to do!” she added with a crying-laughing emoji.

The brief but bizarre moment showed the couple goofing around in scrubs and hospital socks, trying to get labour going the old-fashioned way.

The clip was part of a series of posts marking Princess Lilibet’s fourth birthday.

In another post, she shared photos of Prince Harry cradling baby Lilibet and another of the father-daughter duo strolling barefoot in the sand, hand-in-hand.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed Lilibet Diana on June 4, 2021, in California, two years after stepping back from royal duties. The little royal was named in honour of both Queen Elizabeth II and Princess Diana.
