Elton John finally ended decades-long feud with Madonna: Here’s why
Elton John and Madonna patch up after years of feuding
Elton John has finally ended the long-running feud with Madonna in order to prevent future regret.
A source spilled to RadarOnline.com that it was “to do with his fear of being punished in the afterlife for having bad karma on Earth”.
Reflecting on Elton’s previous regret, the source revealed, “It is one of that he did not make friends with Princess Diana before she passed away and he was determined that the same thing wasn't going to happen with Madonna.”
“Though this time, given his multiple health issues, he's the one who feels he's edging ever closer to the grave,” said an insider.
However, the source noted, “Elton is very pleased because he and Madonna have managed to put their differences behind them.”
“He so wishes he could turn back the clock and have his time with Diana again,” shared an insider.
The source mentioned that Elton would not like to die “with bad karma hanging over his soul,” so he’s scared to receive punishment in the afterlife.
Interestingly, Elton and Madonna earlier didn’t speak to each other for years but time finally proved to be a healer for both pop icons
Meanwhile, Elton posted a photo of him and Madonna on Instagram and wrote in the caption, “We Finally Buried the Hatchet!!!”
