Rachel Zegler vs Gal Gadot: Snow White lead actresses' rivalry heats up
Snow White’s Rachel Zeglar and Gal Gadot still appear to have ‘beef’ with each other
Snow White remake seems to be embroiled in controversies on so many levels.
Drawing backlash for the casting of a Latina actress, Rachel Zegler as Snow White to using CGI for showing the dwarfs instead of casting actual ones, the 1937’ flick remake has seen it all.
One of the many scandals involves the lead actresses Zegler and Gal Gadot.
The West Side Story alum and the Wonder Woman appeared separately during the promotions of the movie.
Also, the two avoided any sort of banter during their Oscars presentation.
It is also rumoured the two have a ‘beef’ with each other over politics.
Since there was no concrete evidence of any animosity between the stars, it was speculated that there are no hard feelings between them.
However, recently fans took notice that the 23-year-old snubbed the Justice League star in her Snow White tribute.
Zegler took to Instagram and poured her heart out in a long post accompanied with photos of the cast and crew on the set.
Surprisingly, the 39-year-old was missing not from this tribute only but also from the second honour which was dedicated to her “daily magicians” from “both in front of and behind” the film’s camera.
Let’s see what’s next in the Snow White saga.
For the unversed, the fantasy film, released on March 21 in US, is directed by Marc Webb and produced by Marc Platt and Jared LeBoff.
