Hailey Bieber to sue over Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber fan TikToks: Report
Hailey Bieber will take legal action over fan TikToks bashing her in favour of her husband's ex, Selena Gomez
Hailey Bieber is ready to fight back.
According to TMZ, the 28-year-old model is exploring legal action after a wave of viral TikTok videos accused her of stalking Justin Bieber before their marriage and copying his ex, Selena Gomez.
The outlet claims Hailey has even consulted attorney Lisa Moore as she weighs her options.
While Hailey has mostly ignored online drama in the past, her perspective has reportedly changed since welcoming son Jack Blues with Justin in August 2024. TMZ notes that she no longer wants to let false narratives spread unchecked, especially as a new mom.
The latest controversy stems from accusations that Hailey subtly supported a negative comment about Gomez and her fiancé, Benny Blanco.
Hailey allegedly “liked” the remark, though her rep shut down the claim, telling Us Weekly, “This never happened. This entire story has been fabricated by a content creator looking to capitalize off of an old, tired narrative.”
Gomez, who dated Justin on and off for nearly a decade before his 2018 marriage to Hailey, got engaged to Blanco in December 2024. The former love triangle continues to fuel speculation, but this time, Hailey appears to be taking a stand against the relentless online attacks.
