Princess Kate makes delightful announcement as royal family prepares to welcome new baby
Prince William's wife Kate Middleton has delighted fans as she made much-awaited announcement about future move following a joyful baby news.
The Princess of Wales, who recently won her battle against cancer, sent fans wild as by revealing her big plans ahead of St Patrick's Day.
Future Queen Kate, who's mother of three children, has confirmed that she will visit the Irish Guards.
It comes after a family friend, the Duke of Westminster, announced that he's expecting his first child with wife Olivia.
Royal expert Rebecca English turned to X (formerly) to break the news about Kate's decision, writing: "A solo engagement for the Princess of Wales."
"As Colonel of the Irish Guards she will attend its annual St Patrick's Day, presenting traditional sprigs of shamrock to the soldiers - and, of course, Irish Wolf Hound regimental mascot."
Kate Middleton will present long service and good conduct medals to members of the regiment while marking the annual celebration at the Wellington Barracks in London.
She will also meet members of the guard, alongside the 'Mini Micks,' who are junior cadets from Northern Ireland, before taking part in the official photographs of the officers and sergeants.
