Lady Gaga’s fiance Michael Polansky revealed the difficulties he had to deal with during his relationship with the pop star.
During the Die With a Smile hitmaker's interview with Elle, the tech investor voiced the fair share of hardships that come with dating a celebrity.
"Accepting that you won’t have the privacy others might have was the hardest part," he told the publication, given the fact that celebrities’ personal lives are always under the spotlight.
However, the Harvard graduate highlighted that Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, had been patient with him so that he could navigate through the phenomenon and feel comfortable.
"But Stefani’s comfort with it and patience with me has been amazing," says the fiance about Gaga, 38. "Our relationship is probably a lot like everyone else’s."
The venture capitalist went on to spill the beans from their relationship, adding that the couple is finding normalcy despite their high-profile romance.
"Our relationship is probably a lot like everyone else’s. We just have to figure out how to do some of it in public," he added.
Polansky emphasised that strong friendships and close family relationships are important factors in finding "normalcy where we can."
For the unversed, the Grammy-nominated songstress started dating the CEO of The Parker Group in 2019, shortly after meeting him at an event.
The Joker: Folie à Deux actress went Instagram official with her then-secret beau in February 2020.
According to People, Gaga confirmed that Polansky popped the question before her in July 2024.
