'Modern Family' star Jesse Tyler reveals painful reality of onscreen daughter
Jesse Tyler Ferguson expresses his heartwarming desire
American actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who is best known for his famous role as Mitchell Pritchett on hit comedy Modern Family, recently made a heartfelt confession about the show.
The 49-year-old star explained his dramatic relationship with his co-star Aubrey Anderson, who played a character of her daughter as Lily, saying that she has stopped picking up his calls.
During his candid interview with US Weekly, Jesse shared, "I just called her the other day, and it went straight to voicemail. I was like, ‘Oh my god, she sent me to voicemail! I’m calling her, and she’s sending me to voicemail. She’s like, ‘Oh God, my TV dad’s calling me."
"But you know, she's a different human being," he added.
Even though its been almost like five years since the Modern Family wrapped up the show, the actor also expressed his desire to catch up with his co-stars, as he is right now eager to see the heartwarming reunion.
Jesse Tyler went on saying, "We’ve been away from these characters for four or five years, like, let’s just drop in and see what’s happening five years later."
"Maybe Mitch and Cameron still moved away and you want to see these characters together."
