Selena Gomez makes heartfelt confession about Benny Blanco romance

Selena Gomez gave a rare insight into her romantic relationship with Benny Blanco at a recent talk show.  

On December 3, Daily Mail reported that the 32-year-old renowned singer appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, where she promoted her newly released film Emilia Pérez.   

During the show, Selena was playfully grilled by the host about her relationship status with Benny.  

Stephen cleverly initiated the line of questioning by showing a photo of the 36-year-old songwriter affectionately hugging her over the Thanksgiving holiday, saying, "He seems to like you a lot." 

The singer-turned-actress replied, "Well, I hope so," after which the 60-year-old host further asked, "If you don't mind me asking, where is this relationship going?"

Upon which Selena was surprised by his questions, responding, "Whoa, I thought you were going to ask where this picture was taken?" 

Speaking more about her whirlwind romance the Calm Down hitmaker added, with a wide smile, "You know what? I'm not sure, but I'm having a great time." 

Furthermore, she revealed that Benny also cooked the entire holiday feast for a whopping 50 people by himself.  

For the unversed, Selena and Benny have been romantically connected in December 2023. 

Reportedly, the two sparked engagement rumours earlier in November 2024, when the singer posted a massive ring in one of her Instagram posts. 

However, neither Selena nor Benny publicly commented on the matter yet.
