Vidya Balan, who is making her comeback to the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise after 17 years, has asked everyone to watch the upcoming sequel starring Kartik Aaryan and Tipti Dimri.
Earlier at the trailer launch of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 on October 9, the actress expressed her feelings on returning back to the franchise. During the launch event, she asked the fans to watch the film in cinemas on November 1.
Vidya thanked producer Bhushan Kumar for bringing her back to the film. she added: "I would possess Bhushan. Thank you for bringing it to me. I have come back to the franchise after 17 years, and I am really happy about that.”
The Heyy Babyy actress went on to say: “In these 17 years, Bhool Bhulaiyaa earned me a lot of love and here's hoping that part 3 does the same for the next 17 years."
The 45-year-old actress further shared the experience of shooting Jaipur, said the place share an old connection.
“And like Kartik said that Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 was shot in Japiur, part 1 was also entirely shot in Jaipur. So Jaipur and the team share an old connection, and that is why we are doing the trailer launch event here.”
Lastly, Vidya jokingly asked the fans: “So, please make sure you reach the cinemas on November 1 to watch the movie, otherwise Manjulika will come to haunt you.”
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is an upcoming sequel of the 2007 and 2022 films. It stars Kartik Aaryan, Tripti Dimri, Vidya Balan, Vijay Raaz, Madhuri Dixit and Rajpal Yadav. The film is set to go on floor on November 1, 2024, reports India Today.
