Diddy hit with another sexual assault lawsuit as he sits behind bars
Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been accused by yet another woman of assaulting her between 2020 to 2024
Sean “Diddy” Combs may be behind bars, but that doesn’t mean the onslaught of sexual assault lawsuits against him has stopped.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a woman identified as Jane Doe has accused the music mogul of repeated sexual assault over a four-year span after they met in 2020. She also claims Diddy got her pregnant, though she tragically suffered a miscarriage.
In the lawsuit, the woman alleges Combs coerced her into visiting him at his homes in Los Angeles, New York, and Miami between 2021 and 2022. She claims he used intimidating tactics, like sending drivers to her home, and that she sustained physical injuries after their encounters.
One particularly disturbing allegation involves an incident in spring 2022 when the woman says she woke up with bruises and a bite mark on her feet. She also accuses Diddy of spiking her drinks and forcing her to take drugs, leading her to black out.
After becoming pregnant following the alleged assault, the woman says Combs’ associates harassed her to get an abortion. She claims Diddy continued to contact her up until July 2024, making her fear for her safety.
