Ariana Grande fires back at fan's diss with sassy remark
Ariana Grande defends her latest era in response to fan's criticism
Ariana Grande clapped back at the fan who criticized her new album Eternal Sunshine across the social platform.
The fan took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share his thoughts on the We Can’t Be Friends alum’s latest era.
He posted, “This is her worst era ever I'm sorry positions era was better.”
Taking a break from cheering on athletes at the Olympics, the singer paused to respond to the fan's comment.
She responded with a heart alongside a mini suggestion that read, “Please go enjoy listening to it then! I'm glad you finally like it.”
The comments section soon flooded with fans pouring in love for the singer.
Another fan chimed in, adding, “Eternal sunshine and Positions are Ariana's best albums.”
A third said, “This is her best era ever btw.”
While another fan schooled others for ‘never enjoying the present,’ pointing out, “Every fan does this with every new era. Y’all hated Positions at the time and now suddenly LOVE it during a new era? And then when she starts a new era, everyone will start to love/miss Eternal Sunshine. I swear people can never just enjoy the present.”
Grande recently dropped her latest studio album, Eternal Sunshine, in March of this year.
The 31-year-old singer has navigated a journey of growth and change since her 2020 album Positions, including her marriage to ex Dalton Gomez, which sadly came to an end after three years.
