Jacob Bertrand credits ‘Cobra Kai’ for his love life with Peyton List
Jacob Bertrand confirmed his romance with 'Cobrai Kai' co-star Peyton List in 2022
Jacob Bertrand looked back fondly on working with Peyton List on Cobrai Kai, describing it as a blessing to spark their love story
In a recent interview with People Magazine on Friday, August 2, the 24-year-old actor opened up about his experiences working alongside List, 26, during the final and sixth season of the widely popular martial arts series.
"It was great," Bertrand said, reflecting on their time together. "Peyton and I worked together a long time ago on this Disney movie called The Swap, and she was really cool and I had a blast filming with her."
Bertrand, who had previously worked with List on the 2016 film, never expected their paths to cross again.
"And when you wrap something like that, I don't think I've ever worked with the same person twice besides her," he asserted.
Despite initially thinking he might never work with List again, Bertrand was beyond happy to reunite with her on Cobra Kai.
"It was so much fun in season two getting to [work with her]," he raved. "That's the bulk of pretty much when I was filming with her, season two and season three. I mean, she was so much fun to hang out with. She's one of my best friends."
"It was awesome. It was such a blessing," Bertrand added, capturing his appreciation for their time together on set.
In addition to their on-screen chemistry, Bertrand, who portrays Eli Hawk Moskowitz, and List, who plays Tori Nichols, confirmed their off-screen relationship in March 2022
