The U.S. Attorney's Office declined to comment on the status of the investigation into Matthew Perry's death, while the Los Angeles Police Department continues to work with the DEA and U.S. Postal Inspection Service to determine how the actor obtained the large quantity of ketamine that contributed to his fatal overdose in October, as previously reported by The Associated Press.

According to Matthew Perry's autopsy report, trace amounts of ketamine were found in his stomach contents, but "The exact method of intake in Mr. Perry's case is unknown."

The report also listed contributing factors to his death as "coronary artery disease, buprenorphrine effects." Additionally, "prescription medications and loose pills" were discovered at his residence, the autopsy revealed.
