Sabrina Carpenter pokes fun at her ‘tragic’ red carpet looks
Sabrina Carpenter shares she is still searching for her sense of style
Sabrina Carpenter, who is dominating the charts with her catchy tunes, is also looking for a style that fits her vibe.
The Espresso singer shared during a YouTube interview with Rolling Stone on Monday that while she is still searching for her sense of style, she has worn some things that she is not a fan of.
“I would argue that I haven’t even found my thing,” Carpenter, 25, said during the interview.
Currently, the Please Please Please musician, who seemingly “hard launched” her boyfriend, Barry Keoghan, prefers glittery attires, classy gowns and sensual cuts for red carpets.
“I think this is my thing at the moment — if I feel comfortable in something. If I walk a little taller, my posture is a little better, I’m just a happier person when I’m in something that I feel really good in,” Carpenter told the outlet.
However, Carpenter also noted that her twenties “are all about experimenting” with fashion. “Lord knows I’ve worn some really tragic things on carpets,” she quipped. “It’s all about growth.”
Most recently, the singer walked the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards in a custom Vera Wang haute couture gown on the red carpet. Her outfit was a crystal corset and airy white dress with a tulle skirt and elegant train.
