Kim Zolciak faces ‘Target credit card balance’ order by court
Kim Zolciak 'ordered’ by judge to clear credit card bill amid divorce from Kroy Biermann
Kim Zolciak has been ordered to officially clear her Target credit card bill, by paying off the modest balance that has added up to her account, on the order of a judge who ruled in favour of the retail mogul's financial institution.
According to TMZ, Zolciak, 46, is facing an order by the court to pay the $2,482.24 balance she has accumulated on her card. She must pay the court fees as well, which is over $100.
Zolciak was charged with the lawsuit last year by Target National Bank as they were looking for repayment on the card.
As per the reports, she seems to have never responded to the filing, resulting in a default judgement being issued by a judge in Georgia.
The decision was made by the judge more on the Target National Bank’s side, the institution which looks after the affairs relating to the store's credit cards, back in March.
According to TMZ’s reports last year, Kim had stopped making payments on her card in 2022, with her last payment to have been made in September 2022 for $500. She reportedly first opened it up in 2007.
