Preity Zinta disclosed the sweetest method for enduring late-night shoots on the sets of Lahore 1947, featuring Sunny Deol.
On May 20, 2024, the 49-year-old actress took to her Instagram account to post a picture of her food plate, showcasing one of the Indian desserts, Jalebi and Rabdi, featuring an image of a steel plate filled with Rabdi accompanied by a Jalebi placed on top.
While sharing the photo, the Kal Ho Na Ho actress penned, “The sweetest way to survive late night shoots #jalebi #rabdi #Lahore1947 #yummy #ting (red heart emoji).”
Previously when Preity began filming for the period drama, she shared entertaining behind-the-scenes glimpses from the sets on Instagram.
The series of photos begins with the clapboard featuring Aamir Khan Productions, the film's title, and the director's name and highlights the esteemed Santosh Sivan's role as the director of photography.
Alongside Preity, the film, Lahore 1947 features Sunny Deol in the lead role, produced by Aamir Khan.
This project marks a reunion for Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta after a considerable hiatus, set within a period drama.
Additionally, it signifies the first collaboration between Deol, director Santoshi, and producer Aamir.
The star-studded cast reportedly includes Vicky Kaushal, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Ali Fazal, Shabana Azmi, Mithun Chakraborty, and Sunny Deol's eldest son, Karan Deol.
