BLACKPINK Lisa to drop new song with Rosalia soon?

Amid swirling rumours that Lisa from BLACKPINK is slated to make a long-awaited solo comeback, Rosalia's recent social media update has ignited speculation about a possible collaboration between the two artists.

According to Allkpop, many netizens strongly believe, Lisa’s rumoured album will feature a special collaboration song with the Spanish songstress.

This belief gained traction after Rosalia, 31, recently posted a Thai flag accompanied by number nine on her Instagram story, likely to insinuate the release month, possibly September.

For the unversed, earlier this week, BLINKS buzzed the internet in the wake of speculating Lisa’s new album after Ryan Tedder, frontman of the One Republic, teased via his Instagram story that he was working "with a Thai artist to produce a new song."

Shortly after, Tedder, who contributed to the production and composition of a plethora of songs for Taylor Swift, Maroon 5, Demi Lovato, Ellie Goulding, and BLACKPINK, tagged Lisa in another post, sparking further speculation.

Moreover, the possibility of Lisa, 27, collaborating with Rosalia seemed more plausible, given Lisa's past mention of Rosalia as one of her "dream collaborators" in a birthday video shared by Lloud on YouTube.

The two artists have been friends since they first met backstage at Coachella in September 2023.
