Ivanka Trump shines in red gown with husband Jared Kushner in Mexico
Ivanka distanced herself from Donald Trump since his reelection announcement
Former senior White House adviser Ivanka Trump gave a life update as she released a social media post alongside her husband Jared Kushner from Mexico Sunday.
There have been rumours about Ivanka’s return to politics as her father — the former president of the US Donald Trump — has been enmeshed in hush money trial and three other criminal indictments.
The 42-year-old businesswoman is in Mexico with her husband Kushner — also the former White House adviser — to participate in a friend’s wedding.
Daily Mail citing sources reported that the former first daughter is focused on her private life.
"They went on a long-planned weekend celebrating a friend's wedding, far away from the fabricated gossip swirling around of an imminent return to politics in DC."
On Sunday, she uploaded a picture wearing a red gown in Valle de Bravo, a town on Lake Avándaro, west of Mexico City.
Her caption read: "Celebrating love and the magic of Mexico."
Ivanka categorically stated that she was out of politics promptly after Donald Trump announced that he was running for the Oval Office again.
At that time, she said: "I love my father very much. This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family. I do not plan to be involved in politics."
She has three children with the investor Kushner and has been spending her life in Miami.
