Salman Khan's brother Arbaaz Khan breaks silence over the horrible firing incident, which took place at the Bollywood star's house in Bandra, Mumbai on April 14.
Taking to Instagram, Arbaaz released a statement on behalf of his father Salim Khan and his entire family.
He wrote, "The recent incident of firing by two unidentified person on a motorcycle at Galaxy apartment the residence of the Salim Khan family is very disturbing and unnerving."
He also addressed the fake claims circulating on media which stated that this incident did not affect Salman and his family.
Arbaaz added, "No member of the Salim Khan family has made any statement regarding this incident to the media."
"At this time the family is helping and cooperating with the police in the investigation of this untoward incident," he said.
The actor further stated, "We have faith in the Mumbai police and we have been assured they will do everything in their capacity to protect and secure our family. Thank you everyone for your love and support."
As per the latest reports, the two shooters involved in the incident have been arrested by police and further investigation has been lodged against the culprits.
