King Charles in good health post-prostate surgery, while Kate progresses hospital recovery

King Charles successfully completes enlarged prostate treatment and is reported to be 'doing well,' according to a royal source this afternoon. 

 Queen Elizabeth appeared in good spirits, offering a smile to reporters as she left the hospital where Charles received care.

The 75-year-old monarch arrived at the private London Clinic, where Princess of Wales is also undergoing treatment after her recent abdominal surgery.

Buckingham Palace had announced last week that King Charles would undergo the procedure for a benign condition common among men over 50. 

Prior to his treatment, Charles visited the Princess of Wales, who is recuperating at the London Clinic from abdominal surgery. 

In an unexpected turn, the hospitalization of Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, surprised family friends and close associates, with no prior indication of any health issues. 

Meanwhile, Sarah Ferguson provided a health update on Wednesday after revealing her recent diagnosis of skin cancer while leaving a London hospital.
