Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, are parents to Arabella Rose, Joseph Frederick, and Theodore James — below is everything to know about the three children.

Former President Donald Trump's elder daughter Ivanka has been candid about growing up in a large family and has cited her late mother Ivana Trump and her stepmother Melania Trump as examples of excellent parenting.

Ivanka told People about her late mother, who passed away in 2022 at the age of 73: "She was the ultimate role model. Although it was always obvious to us that we were her first priority, we didn't have her full-time attention."

As for her stepmother, Ivanka said she was "a great inspiration." She added, “She's done an amazing job sheltering [Barron] from the chaos that comes along with a presidential campaign. Melania is an unbelievable mother.”

Ivanka told People in 2014 that in order to "think of ways to connect things," she must "compartmentalise everything" in order to manage job and life with three children. Ivanka acknowledged in the same interview that it's hard to leave her kids when she has other responsibilities.

Although Ivanka's father was president, Jared relocated the family to Washington DC; however, they have since moved to Surfside, Florida, a tiny town south of Miami.

"They're really just settling into normal life and really enjoying it," a friend of Jared's told People in 2022, adding, "Jared's spending a lot more time with his family because over the last four years that was something neither of them could do as much as they wanted to."

Arabella Rose Kushner, 12

On July 17, 2011, Ivanka and Jared welcomed their first child, a daughter named Arabella Rose, to New York City.

Ivanka announced the news on X, which was then known as Twitter, shortly after. "Jared and I welcomed a gorgeous and healthy little baby girl into the world this morning," the post stated. "We are really appreciative and fortunate. I appreciate all of your encouragement and best wishes.

Ivanka has revealed tidbits about her daughter Arabella's personality throughout the years, such as her favourite colour, dessert, and television programme.

In 2017, Arabella's mother shared a "student spotlight interview" on X, stating that her favourite holiday was Hanukkah because "I get presents!" Arabella also expressed her desire to join the Marines.

Arabella occasionally accompanied her mother at the White House for formal state visits and duties following her grandfather's election as the 45th president of the United States.

According to CNN, Ivanka brought Arabella along on an observation trip to the Supreme Court in February 2017, where they attended oral arguments. Before departing, the mother and daughter pair took a picture on the Supreme Court building's stairs.

“Arabella and I visited the Supreme Court this morning and attended a hearing," Ivanka captioned the photo on X. "I'm grateful for the opportunity to teach her about the judicial system in our country firsthand.”

Joseph Frederick Kushner, 9

On October 14, 2013, Ivanka and Jared welcomed Joseph Frederick Kushner, their second child, into the world.

"With love we welcome our son, Joseph Frederick Kushner," she said in the caption for a blue-and-white image she posted on Instagram to announce the birth of her son.

Announcing something else on X, Ivanka wrote, "We just welcomed a beautiful & healthy son into the world." Arabella, Jared, and I are ecstatic!"

Her son's name, she disclosed, was inspired by the two great-grandfathers of Jared, who she characterised as having an "indomitable spirit," and Ivanka, whose grandfather Frederick nurtured their "tight-knit family."

"Both men set the standards that have been passed down through the generations and which we hope to impart upon Joseph and Arabella," she explained. "We are honored to name our son after these two distinguished men."

Theodore James Kushner, 7

A boy called Theodore James was born on March 27, 2016, completing Ivanka and Jared's family.

"Jared and I feel incredibly blessed to announce the arrival of Theodore James Kushner,” she wrote on Facebook, alongside a photo of her holding the newborn. “Baby Theodore. My heart is full. xx, Ivanka #grateful.”

Ivanka shared a picture of Joseph's birth on social media as well. She sent her husband and his elder sister a picture of the newborn two days later. She exclaimed, "This is love," on Instagram.

Ivanka revealed to People in November 2015 that Arabella was the one who initially informed her classmates about her pregnancy before he was even born.

She claimed, "Her whole nursery school class was congratulating me," although their family was unaware at the time.

Joseph, Theodore's brother, was equally thrilled about his arrival.

In April 2016, Ivanka shared with People that her middle kid grew up with an elder sister quite rapidly.
