Is Rihanna planning a comeback tour? Truth revealed
Rihanna was rumored to have struck a $32 million deal with concert management company, Live Nation
Rihanna is not returning to the stage anytime soon.
A latest report from Billboard shut down claims the Umbrella singer is planning a comeback tour for 2024-2025.
Sources told the outlet that reports about Rihanna striking a 32 million pounds deal with Live Nation are “bogus,” noting, “no tour has been confirmed for [the artist]”.
Daily Mirror UK first ran with the false report on Sunday, which was later corroborated by Entertainment Tonight.
It is only relevant that Rihanna steers clear of her high-maintenance gigs for a while as she only just welcomed her second baby, son Riot Rose Mayers, with A$AP Rocky in August.
The Barbadian singer previously lit the stage on fire at the Super Bowl Halftime show earlier this year. She unveiled her second pregnancy before kicking off her gig.
Rihanna and A$AP are also parents to son RZA, 1, together, whom they welcomed last year in May.
2016 was the last time the We Found Love singer went on a tour following the release of her album, Anti the same year.
Since then, the artist has laid low, with most of her endeavors focusing on entrepreneurship.
