This refers to whoever a sportsman or team the Toronto rapper supports, or, most importantly, put the bet on, ultimately loses.
But supposedly not anymore.
According to Stake, an online betting site Drizzy usually uses, the Grammy-winning rapper won over $1 million.
That is when he wagered $650,000 on professional fighter Joshua Van against Alexandre Pantoja at UFC 331.
Sending into a frenzy, Drizzy's fanbase declared on social media that he ended his long-running curse.
So Drake finally silenced the internet joke, as, for once, his supported athlete actually won.
In other news, while recording Take Care, Drizzy wore several pieces of jewellery shown in the music videos for the album's songs.
The album became a defining phase of the One Dance hitmaker's career, making him a global star.
Among the gems, the One Dance hitmaker wore a St. Lazarus pendant on the Take Care album.
Now the custom-made jewellery is up for sale. According to Complex, the price tag is $295,000.
Wind Wintage, a jewellery dealer, is behind the sale.
Notably, the jewellery was not previously owned by the Grammy-winning rapper.
Instead, Eric Wind, owner of Wind Wintage, sourced them from the Toronto rapper's ex-colleague.
Meanwhile, the collection put up for auction includes items such as a 14-karat yellow-gold St. Lazarus pendant, a large 18-karat gold anchor chain, and three diamond-covered rings, an 18-karat gold Cuban-link bracelet, an 18-karat gold multilink bracelet, a sterling-silver OVO owl casting model, and a 2004 Jacob & Co. Baden Baden Five Time Zone watch.
