Katie Price opens up on wedding ring after split from Lee Andrews
Katie Price says she's keeping her wedding ring on, even after ending things with husband Lee Andrews.
The 48-year-old reality star confirmed the split this week and admitted during an appearance on Good Morning Britain that she still has feelings for him, despite everything that's happened.
Speaking on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, alongside her sister Sophie, Price has now explained that while she's removed Lee's name from her Instagram bio, she's keeping the ring simply because she likes it.
"I’ve taken Lee out of [my Instagram] bio now. Enough is enough now, it gets to a point where you can tolerate so much… I did what I had to do. It doesn’t matter what people say about whoever I’m with. I have to do what I need to do," she said on the podcast.
"If there are things that I question, that’s for me to find out myself to make my decision. Things haven’t added up and I’m not happy about them. He is still in prison and I haven’t spoken to him."
She said she reached a point where she couldn't tolerate the situation anymore, adding that she has questions about Lee that she still needs answers to on her own.
Lee remains in prison, and Price said she hasn't spoken to him recently.
On Good Morning Britain, she told hosts Susanna Reid and Ed Balls that she loved the version of Lee she originally fell for, but questioned who he really is, calling the situation sad and admitting she felt foolish for falling for him.
When asked whether she believed Lee genuinely loved her back, Price said she thinks he did, though she suspects he may repeat similar lines to other women.
She was clear that Lee never took money from her, but said she felt he took advantage of her trust, describing it as him convincing her to keep defending him.
