Princess Anne takes major step in Prince William, Harry's reconciliation

Princess Anne has reportedly taken a new major role for making peace between her nephews Prince William and Harry, as the Duke and his wife Meghan are moving back to Britain next month.

The insiders have told the Closer that the Princess Royal has been encouraging William to try and place his own feelings to one side and consider the repercussions of his row with Harry on their father.

In Anne’s view, for two grown men to be 'fighting, sulking and getting bent out of shape' over every little thing when they should be “treasuring every moment they have left with their father, and showing him proper respect is appalling.”

Princess Anne has been ‘chipping away’ at the Prince of Wales and trying to get him to see how “bad this is for his father’s legacy”, the sources have told the publication.

“It’s fair to say things did go quite cold between her and Harry after his book came out but she’s come around to the King’s way of thinking and she’s ready to move forward and feels strongly it’s time William did too.”

The close confidant added King Charles sister has always been very close to both William and Harry, and she is someone “they’ve gone to for advice over the years, especially during times when they’ve not been getting along with their father.”

“And that is still the case to this day,” the spy continued.
