King Charles former aide makes sweet prediction as Prince Harry celebrates 42nd birthday in Britain

King Charles might invite his estranged son Prince Harry, who turns 42 today, for a birthday meal, former royal butler Grant Harrold has predicted.

The Daily Express quoted Harrold as saying that King Charles may invite Prince Harry for a special meal to celebrate his birthday as the Duke is celebrating his big day in Britain after returning to home country with his family.

This will be Harry first birthday in the UK since 2019.

Harrold also predicted that while Harry could possibly celebrate his birthday with his wife, Meghan Markle and their children Archie and Lilibet, he may also make plans with his father King Charles.

The expert said, "I think it's really possible that the King will invite Harry for a birthday meal. This is the perfect opportunity to spend time together if relations are going well.

"But it will depend on where the King is of course, and what his diary is like. I imagine the King will also have brought him a present, so he will get those.”

Harrold said, "As a non-working royal, Harry doesn’t have the packed diary his relatives do - so he will be able to spend his birthday as he likes.

"In the past on his birthday, he still would have to do something like go and open a factory and cut the ribbons, or something like that. Now, he just gets to spend it privately with his friends.”

The royal expert further said "I can imagine him going out and having a coffee in the morning, catching up with some friends, and having a nice lunch with Meghan.

"Whatever they do, Meghan is very thoughtful so I’m sure she will make it special."
