The 13-year veteran showed signs of improvement in 2025 with the Texas Rangers after several challenging seasons.

He made 31 appearances, including 30 starts, finishing with a 7-11 record and a 4.40 ERA, his best mark in a full season since 2019.

Much of that improvement came from limiting baserunners and reducing hard contact. Corbin posted a 1.36 WHIP, his lowest since 2019, and allowed fewer hits compared to recent years.

Despite ups and downs, Corbin has remained one of baseball’s most durable pitchers, making at least 30 starts in every full season since 2017.

Across his career with the Arizona Diamondbacks, Washington Nationals and Rangers, Corbin holds a 110-142 record with a 4.51 ERA.

His standout season came in 2019, when he helped the Nationals win the World Series with a 3.25 ERA.
