Sean 'Diddy' Combs prison photos goes viral: Find out why

Music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, 55, has begun his lengthy prison sentence of 50 months at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey.

On October 3, 2025, a U.S. district judge sentenced ‘Diddy’ to 4 years in prison after the Bad Boy Records founder was convicted in July of two counts of transportation for engaging in prostitution and other sexual offenses.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was transferred there from New York in October 2025 and will get free on May 8, 2028.

A recent surface photo of Combs, released by CBS News, from the detention center spotlights him looking somber.

Social media users were quick to notice that in the snap, he bears an eerie resemblance to late financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

As per the prison record accessed by CBS News, Sean Combs works as a chaplain’s assistant, which, for the unversed, is one of the most sought-out roles at the facility.

His duties reportedly include maintenance of the Chapel’s library, helping in record-keeping, and assisting in religious activities.

Combs has also become a member of the Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP), which is the Bureau’s most intensive rehabilitation program.

This can help shorten his 50-months imprisonment by up to a year depending on the progress report.

While serving his long imprisonment, he appears to be focusing on personal recovery through faith and rehabilitation programs.

Combs's viral photo and the details of his prison life continue to make headlines, keeping him alive in the public eye even from behind bars.
