Anushka Sharma’s past interview revealing the secret behind her fitness has resurfaced online.

The Indian actress, who shares two children – daughter Vamika and son Akay – with husband Virat Kohli, previously spoke about her dietary preferences.

While promoting her 2017 film Phillauri, the 37-year-old star was asked about her favourite cheat meal.

In response, the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil actress revealed that she avoids gluten, as it helps with digestion, reduces memory issues, and boosts stamina.

The Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi star shared that she has significantly reduced her intake of sugar and dairy.

Reflecting on the importance of Indian bread in meals, she mentioned using healthier alternatives such as amaranth, rajgira, jowar, bajra, and quinoa in her daily diet.

Additionally, Sharma has always been a fitness enthusiast and often shares photos of her workouts with husband Kohli on Instagram.

On the professional front, the Jab Tak Hai Jaan actress was last seen in 2018 film Zero and has been on a hiatus since.

For the unversed, the couple prefers to maintain a private life, away from the public eye.
