Kid Cudi is shaken and worried for his safety after experiencing a depressing break-in at his house, saying he no longer feels safe in his own space.
The 40-year-old rapper recently shared that a man allegedly broke into his home, took shower and ate his snacks without getting caught. However, in the response, he tightened up his security and expressed his concern that no one is allowed to do such act.
And now he's speaking out against online trolls who are making light of the situation.
While sharing a post on his X - formerly Twitter – the rapper shared: "Hey, so I wanna clear this up cause I see the Internet's running w things and making jokes and this s*** is not funny.”
"The person that broke into my house was a crazed fan that has been stalking me for years with out me knowing. He's been to shows, events I've done in the states and overseas," he added.
"He drove across the country and broke into my house hoping to talk w me about collabing [sic] and ideas he had. There is nothing funny about this. (sic)"
He went adding, "My privacy was violated, and now I have to protect myself. I don't feel safe now. He rummaged through personal things, my fiance's stuff, took a shower and ate, all while thinking he was actually gonna have a conversation w me. This was an unhinged 34 year old man. Not homeless."
However, the reports says that the suspect, whose name isn’t revealed yet, was arrested and charged with burglary and stealing utilities as he is now in custody with bail set at $150,000.
