Govinda's wife, Sunita Ahuja is making an honest confession about her husband's Bollywood career.
The actor is known for his comedic genius and distinctive dance moves in the industry. However, his wife has a different story to tell about his longtime success.
During an episode of The Male Feminist on Hauterrfly, Sunita opened up about her contribution to the actor's journey.
Speaking of her husband's skills, she said, "Govinda acts superb. I have taught him. Who taught him dance? I did. When we were dating, we used to dance together a lot.
"My sister got married to his brother-in-law, and we would compete over who danced better. The winner would get Rs 50. It was always me who won!"
The actor's wife also revealed that she had been offered a lead role in the 1986 film Tan Badan, but ultimately turned it down.
In addition, she also shared an inside scoop on her relationship with Govinda.
She previously opened up about her efforts to adapt to her husband's preferences.
Sunita told On Time Out with Ankit, “I used to wear miniskirts initially, but Govinda expressed his discomfort with my clothing choices. For my first meeting with his mother, I decided to wear a saree to make a good impression.”
For the unversed, the couple tied the knot on 11 March 1987.
