Richa Chadha talked about interfaith marriage with husband Ali Fazail, with whom she tied the knot on October 4, 2023.
During an interview with Galatta India, the 37-year-old actress reminisced about her dating time with Ali, recalling visiting restaurant with him.
The Fukrey 3 actress revealed that she never wanted her parents to find out about her dating time with Ali.
She remarked, "I didn’t want my family to find out from the press. you know, we also have families. When I was ready to discuss this at home with my family, then I thought I will just come out."
Talking about getting married to someone having different religion, Richa reflected on her thoughts and explained that until you have your family by your side than its pointless.
The Lahore Confidential starlet said, "And like I said, a human being is a human being first and when you go and fall in love, your search has no filters on. When you fall in love, that’s what it is."
For the unversed, Richa and Ali recently announced that they are expecting their first baby together via an Instagram post in February 2024.
Regarding her professional endeavor, the actress was last seen in the hit series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
The web-series in which Richa portrayed the character of Lajjo, was released on May 1, 2024.
