Boney Kapoor verified daughter, Janhvi Kapoor's relationship with her rumored b boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya and expressed gratitude, saying, "We are blessed to have him."
In a recent interview with Zoom, the 68-year-old film producer shared his feelings about Shikhar Pahariya, expressing affection for him.
Boney also remarked that he had a friendly relationship with Shikhar even before Janhvi started dating him, and he believed that Shikhar would remain a part of their lives for the long term.
The Mili producer added that they all feel fortunate to have Shikhar in their lives.
Boney said, “I love him (Shikhar) and in fact, in between a couple of years back Janhvi was not seeing him but I was still friendly to him. I was convinced he can never be an ex. He’ll be around."
"When any person is there for you in any capacity whether it’s for me, whether it’s for Janhvi, whether it’s for Arjun, he is friendly to all. So I feel we’re blessed to have somebody like him in our set up,” he added.
Meanwhile, Janhvi has not publicly confirmed her relationship with Shikhar but they have been spotted openly going on lunch and dinner dates.
On the professional front, Boney Kapoor is preparing for the release of his forthcoming movie, Maidaan, starring Ajay Devgn.
The film is scheduled to be released on April 10, 2024.
